Today I had a wonderful experience when I met Yvonne at the Joondalup store. I had purchased two rugs on Sunday which were not quite the right colour. today I returned to the store and was able to find the right colour but only with the incredible help of Yvonne. Nothing was too much trouble for her, she was great, such a good advertisement for your store. She searched high and low, and after much pulling and tugging!, produced the goods with a smile, what a lovely personality. Thank you Yvonne, not only am I thrilled with my purchase but you have restored my faith in sales personnel and this is a hug for you. I hope you are regarded as a treasure by the company.
