How the Covid19 situation in Australia is affecting our business...
Firstly, with the current isolation situation it seems everyone is ordering rugs to freshen their home. Also the new social distancing rules have severely affected warehouse operations too. This has caused unavoidable delays in order processing and deliveries. Because of this, please allow 5 to 7 business days from order placement for us to process and dispatch the order.
Secondly, with delays in dispatch times, sometimes by the time an order is processed, other previous days orders may have depleted stocks in some lines. We apologise in advance if this happens, as even though we allow a quantity of 5 remaining items to be shown as 'out of stock' in order to prevent this, with this many orders it can still happen.
Lastly, some manufacturers internationally are not providing replacement stock as quickly as usual, or at all. This means sometimes we can't accurately predict when an item will return to stock. It also means some previously advised restock times may be extended too.
Are we still delivering Australia wide?
Yes, all our operations are normal, although slower. We still offer delivery Australia wide as per our delivery policy. Plus, we've even maintained our Free shipping service for all orders over $99.
What are we doing to keep you safe?
Our warehouses are practicing safe distancing, sterilization and regular cleaning practices along with government regulations and recommendations.
With all deliveries now, drivers will no longer require signatures. Now we will only ask for a name, unless of course we are provided an authority to leave.
