PAYMENT

Various payment methods are available to our customers:

Credit Card:  We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express paid directly to us through the secure checkout system.

PayPal: Australia's favourite way to pay online. PayPal is a fast, easy and safe way to make payments online and on your mobile phone.

Digital Payment: We accept Apple Pay and Google Pay payments.

Payment in full must be received before orders are dispatched.

DELIVERY

Our delivery time for Australian destinations is usually between 2 and 14 working days depending on exactly where the destination is and what your requirements are. Right now however, we are experiencing large orders, and engaging social distancing and cleaning measures. This means you will need to allow 10 business days (2 weeks) for us to process the order before it is shipped. Also, if you live in a remote area, shipping may take longer, and in some cases we may not be able to deliver to you. If there are any unexpected delays we will advise you as soon as we are aware and keep you updated with the status of your order. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship internationally.

**Please note: With Public holidays, we do expect some delays in shipping times. Please allow for this when placing an order around a public holiday, as some items will take longer than normal to arrive.

SHIPPING CHARGES

We ship via varied courier companies, and your parcel can be tracked through their Tracking systems. Shipping charges vary depending on the products ordered & the destination. 

Our couriers are usually quick and reliable, but Rugs a million cannot accept responsibility for any losses during transit. If your parcel goes missing, we will do everything we can to help you find it. Additional insurance can be added to the shipping cost by prior arrangement of your own (before you purchase).

We are currently offering free shipping for purchases over $99 to Capital Cities and Major Regional areas. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes and Parcel Pickup addresses.
If you are not in a Capital City or Major Regional area, you may be contacted after your order with a quote for extra delivery charge to that area.
If this is not acceptable to you we will refund your purchase in full. *Please note: In some cases with some items delivery may not be possible at all from our couriers. If this is the case we we will refund your purchase price of those items in full.

Please note: any changes to delivery addresses after shipment will attract a fee.

TAX INVOICE

An itemised Tax Invoice is provided with your order. All prices quoted are GST inclusive.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Customers are responsible for all freight costs associated with returns or exchanges for any reason.
